       stained glass windows in Christ Church, Gray St - 1.30pm

     - Crafty Kids returns 4-5.30pm. $5pp (fortnightly)

     - Time for Yarn, 7.30pm byo yarn/knit/crochet project (fortnightly)

10th - Hackerspace - 7.30pm electronics, inventions and gadgets (fortnightly)

11th - ‘T & C’ at Lemon Myrtle Café - puzzles, crosswords and

         trivia, etc - join us between 10-11.30am.

       - MK ‘Girls Night In’ - Umpires rooms

12th - Ham Racing Cup -Crazy Nails and Lego 1-4pm at Racecourse

13th - ‘A giving garden’ (Day 1- day 2, Nov 10) 10am-4pm - garden crafts

         made for and from a garden, whimsical to practical, incl lunch.

15th - Seniors/Be connected - ‘Get on Line’ - skype in with Neighbourhood

         Houses across the South West 1-2.30pm

       - Euchre, 7.30pm + supper to share

16th - DHHS - Wimmera South West N/house forum - Dunkeld

       - ‘A Handmade Christmas’ - 7.30pm, start making and creating

         handmade items for the festive season, $5pp, Session 1 or 4

         (fortnightly)

20th - Lions Spring Market - stall site and kids activity corner - see you at the

         showgrounds

22nd - ‘Artables’ -creative and individual art session, 1.30-3.30pm, $3pp

23rd - Seniors festival (SGSC) - Hallam Close Lunch and activities from 11am

       - Crafty Kids - 4-5.30pm, $5pp.

       - Time for Yarn, 7.30pm BYO yarn/knit/crochet project (fortnightly)

24th - Seniors festival (SGSC) - ‘Rewards & Awards’ m/tea, 10.30am- all

         welcome

Regular Activity Details

 

Quilting Quarters 

Enjoy a group setting and quilt at your own pace with your own project.

Wednesday 10.00am - 3.00pm

Cost $3.00 per session, some materials can be purchased

 

Saturday Quilt 'n' Craft

Wind down at the end of the week with a leisurely quilt and/or craft session. BYO projects and lunch, Beginners welcome. T/C provided.

Dates - 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month from February through to December.

Cost $3 per session

 

Community Shed

Woodwork equipment and tools available to assist you in making a project item eg. garden seat, bookcase, chopping board etc.

Dates - Every Tuesday 10am - 3.30pm and Thursday from 1pm - 3.30pm.

Venue: Community Shed, behind HCH

Cost $2.50 per session

 

Euchre Card nights 

Fortnightly on Tuesdays at 7.30pm

Cost $3.00 per person, please bring supper to share

 

Community Volunteers

Each Tuesday morning between 10am and 12 noon, be involved in a voluntary community service for other community organisations and groups. Morning tea provided

 

Community Lunch

The Community House usually has a luncheon on the last Monday of each month. A two course meal is available for $5.00 per person.

Line dancing

Get your feet tapping and your boots scooting at our weekly line dancing classes.

Tuesday 9.30am - 12 noon except during school holidays.

Beginners and children's classes also offered.

Laughter Yoga

Community members are welcome to discuss becoming a registered volunteer with Debra.

 

Please note, classes will not proceed if there are insufficient numbers. Fees will be refunded in full if HCH cancels a course. There will be no refunds after a course has commenced.
